Criteria For Applicant

Has no current insurance coverage such as: Blue Cross, Great West Life or other.

Is financially unable to pay for services on her own. Bridges provides funding for services, practitioners fees, travel and supplements recommended by your
practitioner.
All applicants seeking funding will fill out an application and the board of directors will allocate funding.
